Currently, We manage multi-family units ranging from studios to one-bedroom apartments in the Townhouses and 1 to 4 bedrooms duplexes at our Cottonwood Crossing, Crown Villas, Briarwood Cliff, Legacy Villas, and Sunflower Villas.
There are mainly two types of properties based on different factors, these include PUBLIC HOUSING and USDA/RURAL DEVELOPMENT (Townhouse East).
PUBLIC HOUSING
The Public Housing Includes Studios to one bedroom apartments in the Townhouse, also 1 to 4 bedrooms in the duplexes ,Crown Villas, Briarwood Cliff, Legacy Villas, and Sunflower Villas.
Public Housing offers two options for rent calculation: Income-based and Flat Rent. Income-based rent is based on 30% of your gross monthly income after allowable deductions and requires you to report any changes in income so that the new rent to be recalculated. Flat Rent, on the other hand, remains fixed regardless of changes in income.

TOWNHOUSE EAST (USDA/RURAL DEVELOPMENT)
Townhouse East is located at 217 North Street in Iola, KS within walking distance of Iola Business Square Senior Center, public library, and the housing authority office across the street.
Townhouse East apartments are 1- or 2-bedroom floor plans with central heat/air conditioning and appliances furnished and on-site coin-operated laundry.
Townhouse East apartments are available for the near elderly (55 years old), elderly, handicapped, and persons with disabilities. This is an equal-opportunity program. Discrimination is prohibited by Federal Law.
